We’re hiring for multiple roles, including: Field Property Claims Adjusters National Catastrophe & Flex Team - Field Property Claims Adjusters Field Roles are available in the following locations. Candidates MUST   be located in, or able to relocate to, one of the areas below: Austin, TX Dallas, TX Philadelphia, PA San Joaquin or Stanislaus, CA South Central PA Waterloo/Cedar Falls, IA Tidewater/Virginia Beach, VA Rhode Island or Eastern Connecticut National Catastrophe openings are available within 50 miles of major metro areas in the Northeast, West and Midwest regions of the United States. All field roles are work from home positions with day travel to policy locations (3–4 days/week) using a company vehicle—gas, maintenance included with and personal use allowance. Claims inspections will include onsite and virtual inspections.

3-5 years of insurance field/property claims handling or adjusting experience preferred Proficiency in estimating software such as Xactimate or comparable platforms Ability to write estimates and manage claims from start to finish Background in construction, roofing, remodeling, or water mitigation Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills Able to make physical inspections of property loss sites; including climb ladders, balance at various heights and rooftops up to 8/12 pitch stoop, bend and/or crawl to inspect structures; work outside in all types of weather Catastrophe Duty is a requirement of all Field and Desk Property Claims Adjuster roles.
