As a Machine Operator in our Finishing Department, you will lead equipment setups, run production orders, and perform continuous quality checks to keep manufacturing safe and efficient. What You’ll Do Machine Setups & Operation: Perform routine machine setups, changeovers, and run orders according to product specifications. Troubleshooting & Quality Control: Inspect finished goods, monitor tolerances, and investigate root causes of equipment issues to minimize downtime. Material Handling: Safely operate a tow motor/forklift to move packaging, finishing supplies, and complete inventory transactions. Data Tracking & Process Improvement: Record operating metrics in MFG Pro, perform 5S audits, and participate in team problem-solving. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively across shifts and assist with peer training Qualifications What You Bring Experience & Education: High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical curiosity, ability to read specifications, and follow SOPs Computer Literacy: Comfortable learning software; MFG Pro transactional skills preferred Safety & Quality Focus: Commitment to safety rules, peer collaboration, and high quality standards Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed Additional Information All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or other protected status.
