About the role
Goldin is looking for a Product Strategy Manager to help turn business opportunities, customer needs, and operational challenges into clear priorities for our product and engineering teams. In this role, you will own assigned areas of Product Strategy and serve as a primary business partner for related priorities, requirements, decisions, and cross-functional alignment. You will engage with business leaders, Product Managers, and technical groups across Goldin and eBay. This involves understanding required structure or support, mapping processes and resolution paths, and progressing work. You will independently lead your domains of responsibility. You will decide what needs defining or deciding. You will bring the right people together and recommend a path forward. This role is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys critical thinking and hands-on problem solving and can move comfortably between business goals and detailed workflows. What you’ll do Be responsible for the business definition and requirements for assigned product and technology initiatives from initial problem identification through readiness for Product and Engineering. Lead Product Strategy for assigned areas, maintaining the commercial framework, priorities, decisions, and requirements needed to move work forward. Lead initiatives and workstreams that involve teams collaborating between Goldin and eBay. Turn business and customer needs into clear problems, outcomes, requirements, workflows, business rules, and success measures. Serve as the owner and primary point of contact representing the business throughout the full product lifecycle, using influence with stakeholders to craft desired outcomes. Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to provide the business context, requirements, and decisions needed to build effective solutions. Evaluate and resolve interdependency obstacles, using business influence and credibility to shape outcomes with other stakeholders. Evaluate new opportunities and requests based on customer impact, business value, strategic priorities, complexity, and available resources. Support portfolio planning by assessing opportunities, identifying tradeoffs, and connecting decisions across related initiatives. Own business alignment throughout the development lifecycle, proactively steering initiatives to ensure solutions consistently deliver on the intended outcomes. Improve how Goldin defines and communicates business requirements, helping teams make decisions earlier and move high-impact work forward more effectively. What you bring 7+ years of relevant experience working across business strategy, product, technology, and operations. Experience owning business, product, or technology projects from problem definition through delivery, including requirements, customer alignment, decision-making, and business readiness. A track record of independently managing areas of responsibility that involve several teams, perspectives, priorities, or dependencies. Experience turning unclear business needs into structured requirements, workflows, decisions, and recommendations. Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams while representing customer and business needs. Strong analytical judgment to
