In this role, you will partner with customer stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities to optimize operations, and deliver high-quality NetSuite solutions that improve financial performance, operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and guest satisfaction. You will combine Hospitality industry expertise, business process consulting, AI-powered capabilities, and deep NetSuite knowledge to help customers continuously evolve their business while maximizing long-term value from their ERP investment. As a senior member of the consulting organization, you will lead strategic advisory engagements, influence executive decision-making, architect business solutions, and guide customers through complex transformation initiatives. You will also collaborate across Oracle organizations to identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of NetSuite while adopting emerging AI capabilities responsibly and effectively. Success in this role requires balancing executive-level strategic consulting with hands-on solution leadership to help Hospitality organizations accelerate growth, optimize operations, and continuously improve guest and business outcomes. Oracle NetSuite’s Advanced Customer Support organization provides ongoing functional and technical guidance that helps customers continuously optimize and expand their NetSuite investment. Through our SuiteReview methodology and strategic advisory services, ACS partners with customers to identify opportunities, address business challenges, and maximize long-term value from their ERP platform. With a rapidly growing customer base and strong demand across North America, we are expanding our team of industry-focused consultants. Responsibilities include: Lead identification, assessment, and prioritization of opportunities to maximize customer value from NetSuite through ACS’s SuiteReview methodology, delivering strategic recommendations and roadmaps to address business process, technology, and organizational gaps. Serve as a trusted advisor to Hospitality customer leadership, providing strategic guidance, influencing key business and technology decisions, and driving adoption of leading practices. Advise Hospitality customers on leading practices across financial operations, procurement, inventory management, food and beverage operations, multi-location operations, workforce management, revenue operations, event management, guest service processes, and operational reporting.
