The Bank Tech Senior Director, Project Manager centers directly on labor strategy, associate experience, and building well-managed, sustainable team practices. You will sit at the intersection of leadership strategy and ground-level execution, ensuring our workforce is aligned, our operational rhythm is healthy, and our teams are built to scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Labor Strategy & Workforce Optimization: Partner with leadership to design and refine our long-term labor strategy, ensuring organizational structures, capacity planning, and talent deployment match our strategic priorities. Associate Experience & Culture: Serve as the chief advocate for the employee journey. Design rituals, feedback loops, and governance frameworks that elevate engagement, retention, and team alignment. Operational Excellence & "Well-Managed" Practices: Establish robust operational rhythms, management standards, and meeting structures across teams to eliminate friction, sharpen decision-making, and ensure accountability. Strategic Alignment: Act as a trusted sounding board and trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating high-level business goals into scalable operational guidelines. Executive Advisor & Cross-Functional Catalyst: Serve as a primary advisor to senior tech leaders—framing high-stakes proposals and translating strategic vision into action—while partnering closely with key functions (Finance, HR, Labor) to align technology priorities directly with broader business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications

McLean, VA: $238,700 - $272,400 for Sr. Director, Project Mgmt New York, NY: $260,400 - $297,200 for Sr. Director, Project Mgmt Richmond, VA: $217,000 - $247,700 for Sr. Director, Project Mgmt Wilmington, DE: $217,000 - $247,700 for Sr. Director, Project Mgmt Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected
