Job Summary
The Ambassador is the primary on-site culinary and hospitality presence at a client site, responsible for managing day-to-day pantry operations and ensuring employees and guests have seamless , welcoming experience. This role serves as the main point of contact for all pantry and food & beverage services, while also supporting the Community Manager and Experience team in delivering service excellence across the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily pantry operations, including stocking, inventory management, and replenishment of food, beverages, and snacks across all pantry locations Partner with the vendor to coordinate deliveries, quality standards, and restocking schedules; escalate service issues as needed Monitor pantry equipment (coffee machines, refrigerators, dispensers) for cleanliness, functionality, and timely service calls Maintain food safety and hygiene standards, including proper rotation of perishable items and disposal of expired product Track pantry consumption and inventory levels, flagging reorder needs and providing usage data to the Experience team Support catering setup and breakdown for internal meetings and events as needed Serve as an onsite Experience Services contact for client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to pantry and workplace services Build meaningful, lasting relationships with client employees and guests for intuitive service delivery Monitor and maintain common area readiness, including lobbies, collaboration spaces, and amenity areas Support Community Manager with programming logistics , event setup, and on-site activations Communicate service disruptions, feedback, and operational needs to the Experience team Identify potential risks and escalate as appropriate to ensure no security incident or disruption to operations Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a hospitality , food service, pantry/culinary operations, or customer service role; prior experience with corporate pantry programs a plus Friendly, professional, and proactive service mindset Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with a diverse employee and visitor population Ability to manage a busy, fast-paced environment with composure Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) High school diploma required ; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 70,000.00 – 80,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
