Purpose: The Jr. Analyst, Finance Master Data Management will support the maintenance, governance, and quality of financial master data across global business processes and systems. This role contributes to operational excellence by ensuring master data integrity, compliance, and accurate execution of finance processes that support decision-making across Johnson & Johnson. The successful candidate will collaborate with Finance, Data Governance, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality master data services while supporting digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a 6-month fixed-term position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent, indefinite-term role. You will be responsible for : Create, maintain, and validate Finance Master Data in accordance with established policies, procedures, and governance standards. Support the maintenance of financial master data objects including: Cost Centers General Ledger Accounts Profit Centers Internal Orders Exchange Rates Other Finance Master Data elements Process requests through SAP MDG and other approved platforms while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Perform data quality reviews and support the identification and resolution of master data issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Technology, Data Governance, and business partners across multiple regions. Support internal controls, audit activities, and compliance requirements, including SOX-related processes. Maintain documentation, work instructions, and process records to ensure operational consistency. Contribute to process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and user experience. Deliver services in alignment with defined service levels and operational excellence standards. Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required. 0-2 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Master Data Management, Business Operations, or related areas is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities is required. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy is required. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is required. Advanced English proficiency (written
