Partner with Platform Engineering, Security, Architecture, and DevSecOps tool owners to simplify adoption paths, improve documentation, and create reusable playbooks and golden paths. Identify adoption friction across tools, processes, access patterns, training gaps, and LOB-specific workflows; convert insights into prioritized enablement actions. Measure adoption outcomes through usage telemetry, cohort participation, training completion, automation maturity, support trends, and feedback from RE and development communities. Create a strong enablement culture across HIG India by facilitating communities of practice, office hours, learning sessions, internal communications, and reusable knowledge assets.
