Join us as a Global Travel & Expense Jr Analyst, where you’ll help support the day-to-day operations of travel and expense processes that enable employees across the organization to work efficiently and in compliance with company guidelines. This role offers the opportunity to build experience across travel, expense, and corporate card administration while working with global stakeholders and business systems. You’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment that supports travelers, expense management activities, and global travel initiatives. The role provides exposure to travel and expense operations, policy support, and process administration, making it a strong opportunity for early-career professionals looking to grow their expertise in corporate operations and finance-related processes. This is a one-year temporary position. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Travel & Expense Processing: Review and process travel and expense reports through the Concur Expense platform while supporting compliance with company guidelines. Corporate Card Administration: Manage corporate card requests, account blocks, and card delivery activities for employees. Traveler & Agency Support: Provide administrative support to travel agency operations and assist travelers with system-related inquiries and updates. System Configuration Support: Help maintain travel and expense configurations, workflows, and audit rules that align with corporate card and T&E policies. Operational Process Coordination: Support employee separation-related expense activities and contribute to broader global travel strategy initiatives as assigned.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related fields. Exposure to finance, accounting, or administrative functions through internships, academic projects, or up to one year of professional experience. Business-level English proficiency. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Strong attention to detail when processing transactional activities.
