Learn more about the  Caterpillar Experience .  About Customer Solutions Growth Regions Division : This team, alongside dealers, engages closely with customers to create, customize, and adapt solutions to meet their needs by leveraging the extensive range of offerings available today—across products and services, digital and technology, rental and used, and financing.  The division is regionally focused on Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan), and Latin America (LATAM) and organized into three functional areas: Customer Facing, Customer Solutions, and Business Enablers.  This role is part of the Customer Facing team , the engine of our business—driving growth by delivering tailored, territory-specific solutions that solve customer pain points, accelerate decision-making, and enable profitable sales execution.

Summary: We are looking for a Wear Parts Specialist to join our team and lead the development and execution of growth strategies across the Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and Undercarriage portfolio . In this highly visible role, you will combine market intelligence, customer insights, and commercial expertise to identify opportunities, strengthen market position, and drive profitable growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, marketing, product strategy, and customer engagement.

Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies for the GET and Undercarriage product portfolio. Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify commercial opportunities. Partner with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges and deliver customer-focused solutions. Monitor portfolio performance through key metrics and provide recommendations to improve market penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Use market intelligence and insights to influence business strategy and support decision-making. Drive product awareness, value proposition development, and go-to-market initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product support, engineering, and dealer teams to align strategic priorities. Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders. Support business development activities and customer engagements across the region.
