As a Staff Specialist Sales Operations Excellence, you'll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that support scalable growth and keep Infineon's business thriving. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Own and drive business processes and governance in close collaboration with the sales teams , stakeholders and central teams Champion digital engagement, digital tool adoption, standardized account management , and high-quality data practices Drive business reporting, review cadence, pipeline & forecast reviews , as well as management dashboards Align cross-functional stakeholders and translate inputs into clear actions, decisions and execution plans Lead process optimization initiatives to improve speed, scalability, standardization and transparency Support change management, communication, training , adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed U niversity degree in Business Administration, Communications, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, business process management, or a similar role Ability to translate business requirements into processes, governance frameworks, data insights and management-ready communication Strong stakeholder management, influencing, presentation and storytelling skills in a matrix organization with the ability to translate complexity into clear, action-oriented recommendations Analytical, structured and execution-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach to change Experience with CRM, process deployment, reporting, and digitalization initiatives combined with an interest in AI, digital tools, and process automation Fluent in English (German is beneficial) We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
