What You’ll Do We are seeking a Recruiter on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to own the full life-cycle recruitment process primarily linked to dedicated investment hiring across Stanley Black & Decker in Germany. Specifically, you will: Independently deliver end to end recruiting in Germany predominantly in the commercial hiring space Work directly with hiring managers to provide market intelligence and guidance on the full recruitment process ATS optimization, ensuring the ATS candidate flow is adhered Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Our Talent Acquisition team identifies top talent for a broad range of positions from inception through to completion.  You will collaborate with business hiring managers, and HR colleagues and will execute against the recruitment strategy to attract and assess ideal talent for our organization. We are looking for someone that will seek to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and will be a trusted partner to our stakeholders.

You understand the importance of driving ATS use and data integrity.
