What you get to do in this role: Configure and maintain candidate workflows, job posting templates, and recruiting pipelines that match business requirements Build and maintain REST API integrations between Avature and core HR systems (ServiceNow, Workday, etc.) Develop dashboards and reports for recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, candidate source quality, pipeline velocity, diversity metrics) Maintain sourcing modules, candidate experience features, and application processes to optimize recruiter efficiency Build middleware and data connectors to synchronize candidate data, job postings, and hiring outcomes across systems Conduct data audits and support ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency across Avature and downstream systems Manage job requisition processes, approval workflows, and recruiter tools within Avature Partner with Recruiting Operations and DT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and optimize system performance Serve as subject matter expert on Avature capabilities and support user onboarding and change management initiatives

Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: • 3+ years of experience in ATS administration, configuration, or development (or equivalent platform experience) • Hands-on experience configuring applicant tracking systems (Avature preferred; similar platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, or iCIMS acceptable) • Strong understanding of REST APIs and data integration patterns (you can read API documentation and build point-to-point connectors) • SQL or similar query language experience for reporting and data extraction • Configuration mindset: comfortable with both low-code configuration tools and scripting/coding for custom solutions • Problem-solving across technical and business domains—you can translate recruiting workflows into system requirements • Clear communication skills to document technical solutions and present to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Skills • Experience with JSON, JavaScript, or scripting languages • Background in HR systems, HRIS platforms, or recruiting technology • Exposure to data governance, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and secure data handling • Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Zapier, custom webhooks) or middleware • Familiarity with agile development practices Personal Qualities • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and recently implemented systems • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits • Collaborative and comfortable working across
