What Yoinka does

Yoinka is a job discovery service. Instead of waiting for openings to be syndicated to large job boards, it reads employers' own career pages directly and tells you when a role that matches what you are looking for is published. New postings are usually visible on Yoinka within minutes of appearing on the employer's site.

Yoinka tracks thousands of companies across the applicant tracking systems employers actually use, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors and Oracle Recruiting, and normalizes every posting into the same format: title, location, work model, level, employment type, salary when the employer publishes it, and whether the role sponsors visas.

How it works

You create monitors that describe the roles you want: companies, titles, locations and seniority. Yoinka checks the matching career pages continuously and sends an alert when something new matches. Pro members get alerts in real time; the Free plan delivers a daily digest. The optional Chrome extension fills in application forms from a profile saved on your device so that applying takes a fraction of the time.

Yoinka also lists recruiting events, fellowships and early-career programs from the same employers, so you can find the info sessions and programs that lead to those roles.
