What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares (name and email).
• Your monitors and preferences: the companies, roles, locations and alert settings you choose.
• Your application profile and resume, if you add them, so the Chrome extension can fill in application forms for you.
• Jobs you save or track, and the notifications we send you.
• Billing status for paid plans. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored by Yoinka.

How we use it

We use your data only to run the service: to match new job postings to your monitors, send the alerts you asked for, fill in the application forms you choose to fill, and manage your subscription.

We do not sell or share resumes. We do not train models on your data. Only you and the Yoinka systems that need it to autofill your applications can see your resume.

What employers see

Only what you personally enter into their application form, including through the extension. Yoinka does not send employers a separate candidate record.

Who processes your data

Yoinka runs on third-party infrastructure that stores or transmits data on our behalf: our database and authentication provider (InsForge), our application hosts, Stripe for payments, and Google if you choose Google sign-in. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Export and deletion

You can export your data and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account from your account settings removes your data within 24 hours. Your email address is kept for 30 days on a bounce list so that we do not accidentally re-add you if you sign up again.
