Using the board view

Visualize your job search pipeline with drag-and-drop columns.

Board layout

The board view organizes your tracked jobs into columns representing stages of your application process. Default columns include Interested, Applied, Phone Screen, Interview, Offer, and Rejected. Jobs appear as cards you can drag between columns.

Drag and drop

As your application progresses, drag the job card to the next column. For example, after submitting an application, drag it from "Interested" to "Applied". The card's position and timestamp are updated automatically.

Customizing columns

Customize the board to match your workflow. Click Edit Board to add, rename, reorder, or remove columns. For example, you might add a "Take-Home" or "Final Round" column. Changes apply to your board only and don't affect other users.

Filtering and sorting

Use the filters above the board to show only jobs from specific companies, matching certain keywords, or in particular columns. Sort cards within columns by date added, company name, or custom priority. Filters persist across sessions.
