Overview
Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Telecom OSS professional with strong expertise in Oracle MetaSolv Solution (MSS), telecom business processes, and database analysis. The candidate should have a solid understanding of MetaSolv data structures and be capable of analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting OSS applications.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and support Oracle MetaSolv Solution (MSS) applications. Work extensively with MetaSolv data, inventory, provisioning, and service fulfillment processes. Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis using SQL and Oracle databases. Collaborate with business and technical teams to support enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution. Provide technical guidance and lead solution discussions as required.
Required Skills
Strong Telecom domain knowledge, particularly in OSS. Hands-on experience with Oracle MetaSolv Solution (MSS). Strong understanding of MetaSolv database schema and data relationships. Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database analysis. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
