Your Impact on Our Mission

As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening Zocdoc’s quality ecosystem by ensuring that every issue entering our engineering pipeline is accurate, validated, reproducible, and data-backed. Partnering closely with QA Engineers, Product Engineers, and cross-functional teams, you will transform raw triage data into actionable insights — improving product quality, accelerating issue resolution, and enabling better decision-making.

By driving structured triage processes, reporting automation, and analytical insights within the Triage & Reporting Pod, you will directly impact the reliability of our product and the efficiency of our teams, ultimately helping patients access care with ease.
