Together , we can help shape the endless possibilities of AI.  Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) — India Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract, 6–12 months Experience Level: 8+ years in technical recruiting About the Role We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6–12 month contract, based onsite in Bangalore. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams across [Engineering / RTL Design / DevOps / etc. — customize].

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles — from intake and sourcing through offer and close Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and evaluation criteria Build and manage a strong pipeline of technical talent through sourcing, referrals, and market mapping Drive candidate experience through timely communication, structured interviews, and transparent feedback loops Own requisition data hygiene and reporting within the ATS (Ashby) What We're Looking For 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in technical/engineering hiring (e.g., RTL Design, DFT, DevOps, Silicon Validation, Software Engineering) Experience recruiting in the India talent market, with strong knowledge of local compensation benchmarks and sourcing channels Hands-on experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred); comfort owning pipeline data and reporting Strong stakeholder management skills — able to advise and influence hiring managers and leadership Excellent communication and candidate management skills Ability to work onsite and manage a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment Prior experience in a contract/consulting recruiting capacity is a plus Why Join Us Opportunity to directly shape technical hiring for a growing organization Work closely with engineering leadership on high-impact roles Fast-paced, collaborative environment with a clear scope and defined engagement period Equal Opportunity Employment Policy d-Matrix is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and affirmative action employer.
