Cancelling your subscription
How to cancel your paid plan and what happens to your data.
How to cancel
Go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel Subscription. You'll be asked to confirm and optionally provide a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle -- you keep full access until then.
What happens to your data
When your subscription ends, your account reverts to the free tier. All your data (monitors, job history, resumes, tracker) is preserved. However, only your first 3 monitors will remain active -- the rest will be paused automatically.
Refund policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of any charge if you're not satisfied. After 7 days, remaining time on your billing cycle will be credited to your account and can be used if you resubscribe. Contact support@yoinka.com for refund requests.
Resubscribing
You can resubscribe at any time from Settings > Billing. All your paused monitors and data will be restored instantly. If you resubscribe within 30 days, your account will be in exactly the state you left it.
