Payment methods

Add, update, or remove payment methods for your Yoinka subscription.

Accepted payment methods

Yoinka accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor. We do not currently support PayPal, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.

Adding a payment method

Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods and click Add Payment Method. Enter your card details in the secure form. Your card information is encrypted and stored by our payment processor -- Yoinka never has direct access to your full card number.

Updating or removing a card

To update a card, add the new card first, then set it as your default payment method. You can then remove the old card. Note that you cannot remove your only payment method while on an active paid plan.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Yoinka will retry automatically over the next few days and notify you via email. If the payment continues to fail, your account will be downgraded to the free tier after a grace period. No data is deleted -- upgrade again to restore full access.
