Customizing alert content
Tailor what information appears in your job alerts.
Choosing alert fields
By default, alerts include the job title, company, location, posting date, and a description excerpt. From Settings > Notifications > Alert Content, you can toggle additional fields like salary range (when available), department, and the direct apply link.
Compact vs. detailed format
Choose between compact alerts (title, company, and link only) and detailed alerts (full information including description excerpt). Compact mode is great for high-volume monitors where you want a quick scan.
Slack and Discord formatting
Alerts sent to Slack and Discord are automatically formatted with rich embeds. Each alert includes the company logo, job details, and action buttons. The formatting adapts to each platform's capabilities.
Webhook payload customization
Webhook alerts send a structured JSON payload. The default payload includes all available job fields. If you need a custom format, you can define a payload template using our template syntax in Channels > Webhook > Edit Template.
