Muting specific alerts
Silence alerts you no longer need without deleting your monitors.
Muting a monitor
To stop notifications from a specific monitor without deleting it, open the monitor and click the Mute bell icon. Muted monitors continue to track jobs in the background -- you just won't receive alerts. Unmute anytime to resume notifications.
Muting a company
If a specific company is generating too much noise, you can mute it across all monitors. Go to the company's profile page and click Mute Alerts. Jobs from that company will still appear in your job list but won't trigger notifications.
Muting by keyword
Add terms to your global mute list in Settings > Notifications > Muted Keywords. Any job containing a muted keyword in its title will be silently excluded from all notifications, regardless of which monitor matched it.
Reviewing muted items
You can review all muted monitors, companies, and keywords from Settings > Notifications > Muted Items. This page gives you a single view of everything you've silenced, making it easy to clean up old mutes.
